•    $ 5.00 convenience fee will be added to tuition when paying by credit card.
      This convenience fee will be showing on the payment pages as Shipping and
      Handling fee.
•    You may choose to set up e-banking (paying bills online from your bank)
      and pay to Mark Spivak’s Institute as a biller directly from your bank.

•    Combination of hourly and 45 min classes charged at hourly rates.
•    Variations are additional fee of $ 25.00 per month and require student to be
      enrolled into minimum of 5 hours per week. It is also mandatory 3 hours of
      private classes during the school year; could be scheduled in sequences of
       30 min - 45 min - 1 hour classes.
•    In order to take Character student must take Ballet class simultaneously.
•    Pre Pointe class can not substitute Ballet class. Student has to be enrolled in
      2 Ballet classes to be in Pre Pointe Class.
